DOES FOREVER GRATEFUL MARKET PROVIDE MY TENT, TABLE AND CHAIRS?

No. However, Forever Grateful Market does have a rental option and we can provide Tents, Tables and Chairs upon request. We bring the rented items to the Market for you and you can set them up the way you see fit!

OUTDOOR EVENTS - I DON'T HAVE A WHITE TENT OR BRANDED TENT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?​

1. Purchase a white or branded tent;

2. Rent a Tent from Forever Grateful Market; OR

3. Personalize and brand the tent that you currently own!

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING WITH YOU:

• White Tent or Your Company Branded Tent in:10'x10' (All tents must have weights and/or tie-downs)

• Tables to display your products if that is suitable.

• Credit Card payments preferred - vendors should receive Cashless payments (Zelle, PayPal, CashApp, etc.)

WHAT TIME YOU SHOULD ARRIVE?

• Information will be provided to paid vendors in their "Day-of Instructions"

WHICH ITEMS ARE VENDORS PROHIBITED TO SELL?

• Pornographic, Hate or Racist material of any type - (Forever Grateful Staff can ask for any item to be removed from the venue at Event Staff discretion.Violation of Vendor Guidelines may lead to removal of the event and forfeit of all paid fees.)

• Guns, knives, swords of any type (real or fake)

• Counterfeit merchandise

• Animal leg-hold traps

• All Food and Beverage sales are strictly reserved for Food Vendors.

• Management reserves the explicit right to have any item which management deems to be inappropriate for any reason, removed. If the vendor disagrees with management’s discretion, they will be asked to leave the premises and refunded their vendor admission.
